β° Airport Reporting Time
- Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure.
- This provides sufficient time for check-in, baggage drop, security screening and boarding.
- Most airlines close check-in counters 60β75 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in denial of boarding.
π Mandatory Documents
Please keep the following documents readily available:
- Original Government Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID).
- Flight Ticket or Boarding Pass (Mobile or Printed Copy).
- Hotel and Tour Confirmation (Recommended).
Important: The passenger name on the flight ticket must exactly match the name on the Government ID proof.

Standard Allowance: 15 KG (Unless otherwise mentioned on your ticket).
You May Pack:
- Clothes and personal belongings.
- Footwear.
- Toiletries.
- Religious items for your pilgrimage.
- Gifts and travel essentials.
Do NOT Pack:
- Cash.
- Jewellery and valuables.
- Mobile phones.
- Laptops or tablets.
- Power banks.
- Important documents.
- Essential medicines.
- Fragile or expensive items.
These items should always be carried in your cabin baggage.
π Cabin (Hand) Baggage
Standard Allowance: Up to 7 KG.
Recommended Items:
- Mobile phone.
- Mobile charger.
- Power bank.
- Wallet, cash and jewellery.
- Government ID and travel documents.
- Important medicines.
- Small snacks if required.
- Water bottle (Purchase after security check if needed).
π« Prohibited Cabin Baggage Items
- Liquids exceeding 100 ml per container.
- Knives, scissors, blades or any sharp objects.
- Fireworks, explosives or flammable materials.
- Dangerous chemicals or hazardous substances.
Security personnel have the final authority regarding permitted and prohibited items.

- Carry all regular medicines in your cabin baggage.
- Carry a doctor's prescription for special or injectable medicines whenever applicable.
- Do not pack medicines that you may require during the journey inside checked baggage.
π¦ Standard Domestic Flight Baggage Rules
Checked Baggage:
- IndiGo β 15 KG
- SpiceJet β 15 KG
- Akasa Air β 15 KG
- Air India β Usually 15β25 KG (Depends on fare type).
Maximum Checked Baggage Size: Total dimensions (Length + Width + Height) should not exceed 158 cm (62 inches).
Maximum Weight Per Checked Bag: Generally 32 KG.
Cabin Baggage Size: 55 Γ 35 Γ 25 cm (Total 115 cm).
Most airlines also allow one personal item such as a laptop bag, lady's handbag or a small backpack.

- Reach the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
- Proceed to your airline's check-in counter.
- Show your Government ID and flight ticket.
- Drop your checked baggage.
- Collect your boarding pass if required.
- Complete the security screening.
- Proceed to your boarding gate.
- Board the aircraft when boarding is announced.

- Keep your mobile phone on Flight Mode after boarding.
- Follow all safety instructions given by the cabin crew.
- Fasten your seat belt whenever instructed.
- Remain seated whenever the seat belt sign is illuminated.

- Charge your mobile phone before leaving home.
- Attach a luggage tag with your name and mobile number.
- Carry a light sweater or shawl, as aircraft cabins may feel cool.
